At Achieving Greatness Academy, we believe every child deserves a school that actually sees them. We are a private K–12 academy located at 4005 N. Bank Street in Kingman, Arizona, serving students in person Monday through Thursday with morning and afternoon sessions.

We are small by design. Our students are not numbers in a system — they are known by name, supported by caring staff, and surrounded by a community of families who chose something better for their kids.

AGA also offers flexible online learning through fully accredited curriculum platforms for families who need an alternative schedule. Whether your child learns best in our building or from home, we are here to support them every step of the way.

AGA accepts Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) funds and is a registered ClassWallet Pay Vendor.

OUR APPROACH

We believe great education happens when a student is truly known — their strengths, their challenges, their pace, and their potential. At AGA we do not shuffle kids through a one-size-fits-all system. We meet each student where they are and move them forward.

Our small class sizes mean every student gets real attention from real people who care. Our Monday through Thursday schedule gives families structure without rigidity. Learning does not stop when life gets complicated.

OUR PROGRAMS

Seedlings, Sprouts, and Shoots reflect AGA's Tree of Life — each student growing and flourishing at their own pace as they move through their educational journey with us.

Seedlings — Grades K–3
Our youngest learners build strong foundations in reading, writing, and math through a curriculum that adapts to each child's unique pace. Hands-on activities, phonics, and early literacy are at the heart of everything we do in the Seedlings program. Every child learns differently and we honor that from day one.

Sprouts — Grades 4–8
Middle grade students engage with a comprehensive curriculum that develops critical thinking, academic skills, and a genuine love of learning across all core subjects. This is where students start finding their voice and we are here to help them use it.

Shoots — Grades 9–12
Our high school program is designed to challenge and inspire. Students build independence, academic excellence, and the real-world skills they need for life after graduation — whether that means college, career, or something uniquely their own.

Online Program
AGA offers flexible online learning through fully accredited curriculum platforms for students who need an alternative schedule. Online students are not on their own — they receive weekly check-ins and dedicated support from our Online Student Coordinator to stay on track and connected to the AGA community.
