Ms. Kari Howling Wolf
Deputy Director and Executive Instructor
Mrs. Kari Howling Wolf brings personal experience as a parent of a child with special needs and a deep commitment to serving high school students who learn differently. As Deputy Director she supports school leadership and serves as the primary instructor for our Shoots students, grades 9 through 12, every single day.
Mrs. Karon Gordon
Director of Operations, Communications and Scholar Affairs
Mrs. Karon Gordon has been part of the AGA family since the very beginning. As a mother of children with special needs herself, she understands firsthand what families are looking for when they choose AGA. She oversees school operations, ESA compliance, and parent communications, working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. She loves connecting with AGA families and is always happy to answer questions.
Ms. Angela Williams
Lead Integrated Instructor and IEP Liaison
Mrs. Angela Williams holds a master's degree and brings genuine passion to her work with Sprouts students, grades 4 through 8. She also serves as AGA's IEP Liaison, coordinating student records and accommodation paperwork to make sure every student's individual needs are honored from day one.
Mrs. Catherine Hollister
Instructor, Seedlings
Mrs. Catherine Hollister has been part of the AGA family since the early days of the school. She brings warmth, consistency, and a nurturing spirit to the Seedlings classroom every day, creating a safe and joyful space where our youngest learners can grow and thrive.
Ms. Linda Rowland
Instructional Aid
Ms. Linda Rowland supports the Seedlings classroom alongside Mrs. Hollister every day. As a parent of children with special needs herself, she brings deep personal compassion and understanding to every student she works with. Her presence in the classroom means no child goes unnoticed.
Mr. Allen Smith
Hybrid Coordinator, Online
Mr. Allen Smith has been part of AGA since its founding, stepping in wherever the school needed him over the years. In 2026 he takes on the formal role of Hybrid Coordinator, supporting online students and families with weekly check-ins, enrollment, progress monitoring, and onboarding.
