Founder & Lead Teacher.

Mrs. Marsee Smith

My journey into education didn't start in a traditional classroom - it began in my heart as a mother fighting for her child. When the public school system failed my autistic son, I knew I had to find a better way. That personal struggle became my greatest teacher and the driving force behind everything I do today.

After spending two years as a Prenda guide, I founded Achieving Greatness Micro school because I believe every child deserves an education that truly sees them, understands them, and meets them where they are. Now in our second year, we serve students K-12, creating a learning family where each child can discover their unique potential.

What sets me apart isn't just my educational approach - it's my heart. I understand the sleepless nights parents have worrying about their struggling child. I know what it feels like to search desperately for someone who truly "gets it." When parents meet me and share their stories, they often see a reflection of their own journey in mine. That connection, that understanding, becomes the foundation of trust that allows real learning to happen.

At Achieving Greatness, we don't just teach subjects - we nurture souls. My dedicated teaching staff and I create a safe, cozy environment where children can kick off their shoes, be themselves, and discover that learning can be joyful. We guide students to find their own answers, work at their own pace, and most importantly, believe in themselves.

My mission goes beyond academics. I'm here to build confidence, to show each child that the world is in their hands, and that they can achieve anything they set their hearts on. Every day, I have the privilege of not just changing lives, but building a family of learners who support and celebrate each other.

This isn't just my job - it's my calling, my passion, and my way of turning my greatest challenge into my most meaningful purpose.
